Absorption of Chemicals Division of DELTA CHEMICALS SA by RAVAGO CHEMICALS HELLAS SA

We would like to inform you that by virtue of the Announcement of the Chamber of Viotia (General Commercial Registry) with protocol number 1086011 dated 17/11/2017, the absorption of the Chemicals Division of DELTA CHEMICALS SA by RAVAGO CHEMICALS HELLAS S.A. has been approved.

The consolidation of the related business activities of these companies, belonging to Ravago Greece Group, aims to the further expansion of chemicals division under a unified and flexible management and thus to the upgrading of the services provided and to the optimization of their efficiency. Ιn parallel, DELTA CHEMICALS S.A. continues its operation, focusing its business on the plastics division.
